Savory Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups dry stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the chicken broth and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well-moistened.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, chopped onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Arrange the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and the balls feel firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
