Beef and Pepper Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cups cooked rice

Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Preparation:

In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.

Add peppers and garlic; sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.

Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; cook 2 more minutes.

Serve over warm rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
