
World’s Best Steak Marinade
✨ Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons minced garlic (or 3 cloves)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
2–4 ribeye or sirloin steaks
🥣 Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together:
soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
Add garlic, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until fully combined. - Marinate the Steak
Place the steaks in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are fully coated.
