The miracle combination

Ingredients
1 cup honey
8–10 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed
2–3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Method
Place the garlic in a clean glass jar.
Pour in the honey until the garlic is covered.
Add the apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
Seal the jar and let it sit for several days (many people leave it 3–7 days) at room temperature, stirring or turning the jar occasionally.
Store in a cool place. Some people refrigerate it after fermentation begins.
Important note about the health claims
The image’s claim that this combination is a “miracle” treatment for migraines, vaginal infections, arthritis, impotence, chronic fatigue, detoxification, and many other conditions is not supported by strong scientific evidence.
What the evidence does suggest:
Garlic may have modest effects on blood pressure and cholesterol in some people.
Honey can help soothe coughs and sore throats.
Apple cider vinegar may slightly affect blood sugar responses in some situations.
However, there is no reliable evidence that this mixture cures or treats the long list of conditions shown in the image, and it may actually worsen acid reflux in some people because of its acidity.
If you’re interested in using it as a food or wellness tonic, it’s generally fine for most healthy adults in moderate amounts, but it shouldn’t replace medical treatment. People taking blood thinners, diabetes medications, or those with stomach ulcers/GERD should be especially cautious.
If you’d like, I can also give you a version that’s optimized for flavor, a fermented version, or one commonly used as a homemade cough syrup.c
