🧾 Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons sugar
1 packet rapid-rise yeast
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ¼ teaspoons salt

Activate the yeast
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix the dough
Add olive oil and salt, then gradually mix in the flour until a soft dough forms.
Knead
Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour (until doubled in size).
Shape
Divide the dough into small portions and shape into balls. Place them in small baking pans or a tray.
Second rise
Cover and let them rise again for 20–30 minutes.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Finish (optional)
Brush with butter right after baking for extra softness and shine.
