Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed graham crackers
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt until fully combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the milk layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and the chocolate is slightly melted.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the top.
Return the pan to the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
Remove and immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares. For cleaner cuts, chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing.
Serve and enjoy!
