Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Roast

Ingredients
3–4 lb pork shoulder (pork butt)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
Optional:
Pepperoncini peppers
Fresh herbs
Potatoes and carrots
Instructions
Place the pork shoulder into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the meat.
Pour chicken broth around the sides.
Add butter on top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–10 hours
High: 5–6 hours
Shred with forks and mix into the juices before serving.

Tips
Sear the pork first for extra flavor.
Add pepperoncini for a Mississippi-pot-roast style version.
