
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
Optional: potatoes, carrots, onions
Instructions
Rub the pork with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Place the pork in the slow cooker.
Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey.
Add vegetables around the pork if using.
Cover and cook:
Low: 4–5 hours
High: 2–3 hours
Pork is ready when tender and cooked through.
Slice and serve with the juices spooned over the top.
Optional Gravy
Remove 1 cup cooking liquid.
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water.
Stir into hot liquid and simmer until thickened.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
