Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients
3–4 lbs pork ribs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Season the ribs: Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub all over the ribs.
Place in slow cooker: Arrange the ribs upright, as shown in your photo.
Make the sauce: Stir together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour over ribs: Coat the ribs evenly with the sauce.
Cook:
Low: 7–8 hours (best for tender ribs)
High: 4–5 hours
Optional finish: Transfer the cooked ribs to a baking sheet, brush with extra BBQ sauce, and broil for 3–5 minutes until the edges caramelize.

Mac and cheese
The ribs should be juicy, tender, and nearly fall off the bone after slow cooking.
