Scrambled Eggs, Sausages & French Toast

🧾 Ingredients
For the scrambled eggs:
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp butter
Chopped parsley (optional)
For the sausages:
3–4 breakfast sausages
For the French toast:
4 slices bread
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Butter for frying
👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the sausages
    Heat a pan over medium heat
    Cook sausages for 8–10 minutes, turning until browned and fully cooked
    Set aside
  2. Make scrambled eggs
    Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
    Melt butter in a pan on low heat
    Pour in eggs and stir slowly
    Cook until soft and creamy (don’t overcook!)
    Sprinkle parsley on top
  3. Prepare French toast
    Mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla
    Dip each bread slice into the mixture
    Fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
    🍽️ Serve
    Plate the scrambled eggs, sausages, and French toast together
    You can add syrup, honey, or jam on the toast if you like
