β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp butter
For the creamy Cajun sauce:
β’ 1 tbsp butter
β’ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
β’ ΒΌ cup chopped red bell pepper
β’ 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
β’ 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
β’ Β½ tsp paprika
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp chopped parsley

1. Season & Sear the Fish:
β’ Pat cod fillets dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
β’ Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
β’ Sear fish 3β4 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Remove gently and keep warm.
2. Make the Sauce:
β’ In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic and red pepper for 1β2 mins.
β’ Pour in cream and stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3β4 mins.
β’ Add parsley and stir well.
3. Finish & Serve:
β’ Return cod to the skillet or plate individually. Spoon sauce generously over the fish.
