Mayo Parmesan Chicken

The Ultimate Juicy and Crispy Mayo Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cracked pepper

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.

Season the chicken on both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Parmesan cheese over the top of each piece of chicken.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
