- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions:
Step 1: Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3: Finish and Serve
