• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

• 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare Chicken:

Using a sharp knife, make horizontal slits across each chicken breast, about ¾ of the way through. Don’t cut all the way.

3. Make the Filling:

In a small bowl, mix the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.

4. Stuff the Chicken:

Carefully stuff each slit with the spinach-bacon-cheese mixture.

5. Season & Prep for Baking:

Brush the chicken with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

6. Bake:

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve Hot:

Pair with roasted veggies, salad, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal!
