2 beef or chicken steaks (or lamb chops)
4 sausages
2 eggs
4 slices of turkey ham (or beef bacon)
1 cup green peas
2β3 potatoes (cut into thick fries/chips)
2 slices pineapple
4β5 cherry tomatoes (on the vine if possible)
2 black pudding slices (optional)
Salt & pepper
Olive oil or butter
π¨βπ³ Instructions
- Cook the potatoes (chips)
Heat oil in a pan or fryer.
Fry the potato sticks until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with salt and set aside. - Cook the steak
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan or grill with a little oil.
Cook 3β5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
Let it rest after cooking. - Cook sausages
Fry or grill sausages on medium heat until fully cooked and browned. - Fry the eggs
In the same pan, fry eggs sunny-side up or to your liking. - Cook turkey ham (or beef bacon)
Lightly fry slices until slightly crispy. - Prepare vegetables
Boil peas in salted water for 3β5 minutes, then drain.
Grill or pan-fry tomatoes until slightly soft.
Grill pineapple slices until lightly caramelized. - Black pudding (optional)
Slice and fry for 2β3 minutes per side until crispy outside.
π½οΈ Assemble
Place steak on one side of the plate.
Add peas next to it.
Arrange sausages, eggs, and turkey ham.
Add fries, tomatoes, pineapple, and black pudding.
β Tips
You can replace steak with grilled chicken if preferred.
Add toast or bread on the side for a more complete meal.
