2 beef or chicken steaks (or lamb chops)
4 sausages
2 eggs
4 slices of turkey ham (or beef bacon)
1 cup green peas
2–3 potatoes (cut into thick fries/chips)
2 slices pineapple
4–5 cherry tomatoes (on the vine if possible)
2 black pudding slices (optional)
Salt & pepper
Olive oil or butter

  1. Cook the potatoes (chips)
    Heat oil in a pan or fryer.
    Fry the potato sticks until golden and crispy.
    Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
  2. Cook the steak
    Season steak with salt and pepper.
    Heat a pan or grill with a little oil.
    Cook 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
    Let it rest after cooking.
  3. Cook sausages
    Fry or grill sausages on medium heat until fully cooked and browned.
  4. Fry the eggs
    In the same pan, fry eggs sunny-side up or to your liking.
  5. Cook turkey ham (or beef bacon)
    Lightly fry slices until slightly crispy.
  6. Prepare vegetables
    Boil peas in salted water for 3–5 minutes, then drain.
    Grill or pan-fry tomatoes until slightly soft.
    Grill pineapple slices until lightly caramelized.
  7. Black pudding (optional)
    Slice and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy outside.

    Place steak on one side of the plate.
    Add peas next to it.
    Arrange sausages, eggs, and turkey ham.
    Add fries, tomatoes, pineapple, and black pudding.
