Scrambled Eggs
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
Salt and black pepper
Parsley (optional)
Bacon & Sausage
4 bacon strips
4 breakfast sausages
French Toast
4 thick bread slices
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Butter for frying
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon & Sausages
Fry bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
Remove and cook sausages in the same pan until browned and fully cooked. - Make the Scrambled Eggs
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a nonstick pan.
Cook eggs on low heat, stirring gently until soft and fluffy.
Sprinkle parsley on top. - Prepare French Toast
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Dip bread slices into the mixture.
Fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
