A beautiful savory-sweet baked brie wreath with flaky crescent dough, melted Brie, cranberries, walnuts, honey, and fresh rosemary.
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz (225 g) Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
3 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp melted butter
Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the wreath: Separate the crescent dough into triangles. Arrange them in a circle on the baking sheet, with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the pointed ends facing outward. Leave a small opening in the middle.
Add the filling: Place pieces of Brie around the inner part of the dough. Sprinkle with cranberries and walnuts, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
Fold the dough: Bring the pointed ends of the crescent triangles over the filling and tuck them underneath the inside edge, creating a wreath.
Brush with egg and bake for 20–25 minutes, until deeply golden brown and the Brie is melted.
Brush lightly with melted butter while hot. Drizzle with additional honey and garnish with cranberries, walnuts, and fresh herbs.
Rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm and pull apart.
