
Ingredients
1 cup fresh cilantro, packed (stems removed)
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp honey (or sugar)
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
2–4 tbsp water or milk (to thin)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add water or milk a little at a time until desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt, lime, or sweetness.
Yield
- About 1½ cups total
- Enough for 10–12 servings (2 tablespoons per serving)

- Fish, shrimp, or grilled chicken
- Tacos, burritos, quesadillas
- Roasted veggies or rice bowls
Storage
- Store in an airtight jar in the fridge
- Keeps 4–5 days
- Shake or stir before using
