- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage(optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a casserole or baking dish. - Cook the Spaghetti:
Boil the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly. - Prepare the Creamy Base:
