🧾 Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter (cut into small pieces)
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced ham
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold butter and mix with your hands or a fork until it looks like crumbs.
Pour in the milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
Add cheese, ham, and green onions, then mix gently.
Scoop small portions of dough and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
🔥 Tips:
For extra flavor, brush the tops with melted butter after baking.
You can add peppers or olives if you like.
Best served warm for breakfast or as a snack.
