Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup fresh cilantro, packed (stems removed)
½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small garlic clove
1 tsp honey (or sugar)
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
2–4 tbsp water or milk (to thin)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water or milk a little at a time until desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust salt, lime, or sweetness.

Yield

  • About 1½ cups total
  • Enough for 10–12 servings (2 tablespoons per serving)

Uses

  • Salads & taco bowls
  • Fish, shrimp, or grilled chicken
  • Tacos, burritos, quesadillas
  • Roasted veggies or rice bowls

Storage

  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge
  • Keeps 4–5 days
  • Shake or stir before using
