🥣 Marinade Instructions

- Coat lamb chops generously.

Pan-Seared Method (crispy like the picture)
- Heat a skillet with a little oil on medium-high.
- Sear lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side until browned and caramelized.
- Lower heat slightly, spoon butter/juices over the chops.
- When done, let them rest 5 minutes.
Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place chops in a foil pan like the photo.
- Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for color and crispiness.
