- In a bowl, mix:

- Coat lamb chops generously.
- Cover and marinate 1 hour minimum, or overnight for best flavor.

Pan-Seared Method (crispy like the picture)
- Heat a skillet with a little oil on medium-high.
- Sear lamb chops 3โ4 minutes per side until browned and caramelized.

- When done, let them rest 5 minutes.
Oven Method
