
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of green cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, water, ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the cabbage, onion, and carrots to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through.
