Orange Creamsicle Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (3 oz) package orange-flavored Jell-O
- ½ cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate (optional, for enhanced flavor)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in the boiling water.
- Stir in the cold water and let the mixture sit for 10 to 15 minutes to cool slightly.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and orange juice concentrate (if using), and whisk until well blended.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is firm and set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
