Orange Creamsicle Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (3 oz) package orange-flavored Jell-O
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate (optional, for enhanced flavor)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in the boiling water.
  2. Stir in the cold water and let the mixture sit for 10 to 15 minutes to cool slightly.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and orange juice concentrate (if using), and whisk until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the surface.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is firm and set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
