
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup sour cream
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl whisk together:
eggs
milk
sour cream
melted butter
Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add cheese
Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
Cool slightly
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve
Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
