Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat oven to broil, positioning the rack 6 inches from the heat source. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping at the tail. Gently lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Season the Lobster Tails: Place lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter sauce.
Broil the Lobster Tails: Broil for 8–10 minutes, brushing with more garlic butter halfway through, until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and optional sides like creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
