  • 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional for color)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the potatoes:
    • Wash and slice potatoes evenly (about ¼ inch thick).
    • Pat them dry with a towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Season:
    • In a large bowl, mix olive oil (or butter), garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
    • Add the potato slices and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange:
    • Lay the slices slightly overlapping in a circular or straight pattern on the baking sheet (as shown in the picture).
    • Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake:
    • Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
  6. Finish:
    • Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and a bit more Parmesan before serving.
