Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Honey Butter Skillet Corn
This sweet and savory side dish comes together in just 15 minutes and is packed with creamy, buttery goodness. Perfect for weeknight dinners, BBQs, or holiday spreads, this Honey Butter Skillet Corn is sure to be a family favorite!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons salted butter (unsalted works too, just adjust the seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (16 oz) bag of frozen corn
- 2 oz cream cheese, cut into small chunks
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté the Corn:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together. Once fully melted and bubbling slightly, add the frozen corn directly to the pan (no need to thaw). Stir occasionally and cook for 5–8 minutes, or until the corn is hot and tender. - Add Creaminess:
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cream cheese chunks, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir gently and continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes, or until the cream cheese is fully melted and everything is evenly coated in the creamy sauce. - Serve Warm:
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately while warm and creamy. This dish pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or can even be enjoyed on its own.
Storage:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave before serving.
