
This recipe is simple, hearty, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
Ready-made shortcrust pastry
1 tin corned beef
Boiled potatoes
Onion
About 1 mug of grated cheese
1 egg
A small blob of butter
Splash of cream or milk
Method:
Grease your dish to prevent sticking, then line it with pastry.
Mash together corned beef, potatoes, onion, cheese, egg, butter, and cream/milk.
Add the mixture into the dish, then cover with pastry.
Seal edges all the way around and brush the top with milk.
Air fry at 170°C for 20–25 minutes.
If the bottom needs more cooking, flip it upside down and air fry at 200°C for 3–5 minutes.
Perfect golden crust with a rich, flavorful filling!
