Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped pickles. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Arrange the sealed dough balls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Combine the melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 14–17 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
