Crust
- 200 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 100 g melted butter
Cream Filling
- 250 ml cold whipping cream
- 200 g cream cheese (soft)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit
- 2 bananas (sliced)
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- A few blueberries (optional, for decoration)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the crust
- Crush the biscuits finely.
- Mix with melted butter.
- Press firmly into a pie dish.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
- Make the cream filling
- Whip the cold cream until stiff.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble
- Spread a thin layer of cream over the crust.
- Add a layer of banana slices and strawberries.
- Pour the remaining cream mixture on top.
- Smooth the surface.
- Decorate
- Arrange banana slices and strawberries on top.
- Add blueberries if you like.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
