Ingredients:

  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, melted butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until you get a smooth, uniform dough.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the brioches are golden brown.
  6. Let them cool before serving.
