Mini Yogurt Brioches

- Mini Yogurt Brioches
Ingredients:
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 100 g melted butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, melted butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until you get a smooth, uniform dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the brioches are golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
