
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup water
½ cup white vinegar
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions to a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix water, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the marinade over the vegetables.
- Toss gently to coat everything well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Best served cold.
