1 cup long-grain white rice

4 cups whole milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 cinnamon stick

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for garnish)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup raisins (optional)

🍚 Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch. Drain and set aside.

πŸ₯› In a large saucepan, combine the rice, whole milk, sugar, cinnamon stick, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
