🍋 Easy Lemon Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
200g crushed biscuits
100g melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
200ml heavy cream
3 eggs
½ cup lemon juice
Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:
Mix crushed biscuits with butter, press into a tray, and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Mix condensed milk, cream, eggs, lemon juice, and zest.
Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes at 160°C.
Cool and chill before serving. Enjoy
