Ingredients:

  • Crust:
    • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Ice Cream Layer:
    • 1.5 quarts (about 6 cups) vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you like), slightly softened

    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust:
    • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs (use a food processor or put them in a bag and crush with a rolling pin).
    • Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined.
    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Place in freezer to firm up while preparing the ice cream layer.
  2. Ice Cream Layer:
    • Let the ice cream soften just enough so you can spread it.
    • Spread an even layer of softened ice cream over the Oreo crust.
    • Smooth the top with a spatula.
    • Place back in the freezer until solid (about 1–2 hours).
