Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

A delicious twist on pizza night—this cheesy, savory stromboli is packed with chicken, bacon, ranch, and melted cheese, all rolled up in golden, flaky dough!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or use homemade dough)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Roll out the dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

3. Add the filling:
Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
Layer the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese (and cheddar, if using) evenly over the meat.

4. Roll it up:
Starting from one long edge, roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.
Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Add finishing touches:
Brush the top with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.

6. Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil during the last few minutes.

7. Cool and serve:
Let the stromboli rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
