Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon finely grated onion
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
📝 Instructions
Grate the ginger and onion finely.
Crush or grate the garlic.
Add everything into a small bowl.
Pour in fresh lemon juice.
Add honey and mix well until combined.
Store in a clean glass jar with a lid.
Keep refrigerated for up to 5–7 days.
Take 1 teaspoon daily, starting on the seventh day as mentioned.
