
Ingredients :
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, ground
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined. Overmixing will make the meatloaves tough.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized meatloaves. Place the meatloaves in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meatloaves are cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
