🍫 Frozen S’mores 🧁
Ingredients:
12 full-sheet graham crackers (plus extra for crumbs)
1 (3.4 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold whole milk
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
1½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Instructions:
Make the pudding filling: Whisk pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes until thick. Fold in half the whipped topping.
Layer the cake: In an 8×8″ dish, spread a thin layer of pudding, then top with graham crackers (break to fit). Repeat layers, ending with pudding.
Toast marshmallows: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until golden (1–2 minutes). Cool slightly, then spread over the top layer.
Freeze: Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
Serve: Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate drizzle, and extra whipped topping.
