Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and ¾ cup of French fried onions. 4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. 5. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese on top. 6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. 7. Remove from oven, top with the remaining ¾ cup French fried onions, and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until golden and bubbly. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
