🧾 Ingredients

• 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• ½ tsp salt

• 1¼ cups (300ml) milk

• 1 large egg

• 3 tbsp melted butter

• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

• Butter or oil for cooking
