Delicious Pineapple Pretzel Salad Recipe
Ingredients
– 2 cups crushed pretzels
– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup whipped topping
– 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
– 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
– 1 cup cold milk
Preparation
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
3- Bake the pretzel crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
4- In another bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
5- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined, then spread the mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
6- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens, then fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
7- Spread the pineapple pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
8- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set properly.
