Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Stuffed Chicken (Serves 4)
This flavorful and easy-to-make stuffed chicken dish is perfect for a hearty dinner. Tender chicken breasts are filled with a savory mix of spinach, crispy bacon, and melted cheese—guaranteed to be a family favorite!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the Chicken
With a sharp knife, carefully cut horizontal slits across each chicken breast—about ¾ of the way through—being careful not to cut all the way through. - Make the Filling
In a small bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. - Stuff the Chicken
Gently stuff each slit with the spinach-bacon-cheese mixture. - Season and Prepare to Bake
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil. Then, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Bake
