Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed

4 large potatoes, diced

1 onion, diced

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup beef broth

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Prep the Ingredients:

Wash and dice the potatoes.

Cube the steak and dice the onion.

Layer in Crockpot:

Lightly grease your crockpot or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the diced potatoes and onions to the bottom.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Layer the cubed steak on top.

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce evenly over everything.

Cook:

Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through.

Add Cheese:

About 10–15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Cover and let it melt.

Optional Toppings (Loaded Style):

Top with chopped green onions, sour cream, or crumbled bacon before serving.
