Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings and toss them until evenly coated in the butter mixture.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wings.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
