Coconut Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup toffee bits
1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Prepare Batter: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Gently fold in shredded coconut, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.
Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Slice: Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
