3. Stir-Fry:

· Cook the Beef: Heat a large wok or heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat until very hot. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for about 1-2 minutes per side until browned. It does not need to be cooked through.
