Garlic Butter Baked Lobster Tails

Garlic Butter Baked Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
- 4–6 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (plus lemon wedges for serving)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (or dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment for easy cleanup. - Prepare Lobster Tails:
Use kitchen shears to cut down the center of the top shell (lengthwise) of each lobster tail. Gently lift the meat out and rest it on top of the shell (still attached at the base), for that classic presentation. - Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Brush & Bake:
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture. Optionally, sprinkle a light layer of grated Parmesan or breadcrumbs on top for a golden crust. - Bake:
Place in the oven and bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch. Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a browned top. - Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top, and serve with lemon wedges and extra butter on the side.
